We're hiring!

No previous experience? No problem! We’ll give you all the training and support you need to build an amazing career in social care.

Encouraging independence

You’ll play a key role in helping individuals build the skills and confidence they need to live independently. You’ll support with everyday tasks like cooking meals, managing money, attending appointments, and building social connections. Helping the individuals we support to build their brightest future.

Emotional support

You’ll be a consistent, reassuring presence in someone’s life. Someone they can rely on during moments of anxiety, change, or uncertainty. You’ll listen without judgment, offer encouragement through challenges, and help people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Teamwork & Training

Learn from specialists in autism, mental health, and personalised behavioural support. Our in-house experts will teach you step-by-step how to provide person-centred and effective support, making a real difference to peoples lives. On top of our expert-led training, we will support you to achieve your Lv.3 NVQ in Health & Social Care, as well as the Care certificate.

Start with a Strong Personal Statement

Tell us who you are, what motivates you, and why you’re interested in care. Example:

“I’m a compassionate and reliable individual with a passion for supporting adults to live independently.”

Highlight Transferable Skills

Even if you haven’t worked in care before, we value soft skills like.
Example:

Communication, empathy teamwork, problem-solving,
patience.

Share Relevant Experience

Any previous care roles (paid or voluntary)

Include:

Working with vulnerable adults, children, or in healthcare, experience in community support, mental health, etc.

List Qualifications & Training

Mention any relevant training or certificates.
such as:

Care certificate, first aid, safeguarding, NVQs in health & social care, manual handling.

Keep It Clear & Concise

Keep it simple and avoid lengthy statement or multiple pages.

1–2 pages is ideal, use bullet points, tailor your CV to the role you’re applying for.

Check Before You Sending

Review your CV before sending and make sure it is fit to use.

Spellcheck your CV, ask a friend or mentor for review,
save and send as WordDoc or PDF for easy read.
