No previous experience? No problem! We’ll give you all the training and support you need to build an amazing career in social care.
Encouraging independence
You'll play a key role in helping individuals build the skills and confidence they need to live independently. You'll support with everyday tasks like cooking meals, managing money, attending appointments, and building social connections - helping the individuals we support to build their brightest future.
Emotional support
You'll be a consistent, reassuring presence in someone's life — someone they can rely on during moments of anxiety, change, or uncertainty. You’ll listen without judgment, offer encouragement through challenges, and help people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Teamwork & Training
Learn from specialists in autism, mental health, and personalised behavioural support. Our in-house experts will teach you step-by-step how to provide person-centred and effective support, making a real difference to peoples lives. On top of our expert-led training, we will support you to achieve your Lv.3 NVQ in Health & Social Care, as well as the Care certificate.
